He listens to me! I really feel he wants to help. The staff is great.
Dr. Carroll listens, informs me of my options for treatment, and supports me when I chose. Friendly and caring. I find his office staff very pleasant.
I've been going to Brent for years. Bottom line-he takes his time with you and cares.

Dr Carroll is very to the point and I appreciate that when it comes to my care.
This is the worst practice I have ever been to. I went to get blood work done two weeks ago, have not received a call with my results but proceeded to get a bill from the lab for the blood work. Their priorities are not in line with the patients. Every time I go there the doctor tells me the same thing over and over even though I am still in pain. Choose another practice that focus' on patients care as opposed to when they are going to receive their payment.
Dr. Carroll is phenomenal! I highly recommend him.
