3rd time in 2 years that one specific member of my family has to re schedule cause they cannot find her in my vision plan even when the vision has confirmed me that the individual is on my vivion plan insurance, Dr is good but the people woring the office are not train properly
The quality of service was good, but my main concerns are the wait time and the cleanliness of the office. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:15 PM (and arrived 15 minutes early), yet I wasn’t seen until an hour later. Since I planned this during my lunch break, I had to call work to request additional time and make up the missed time, which was frustrating. I believe the office would benefit from improving appointment scheduling and timeliness, as many patients cannot afford to wait an hour past their scheduled time. Thi... read more

Highly recommend especially if you have children. He was very kind and patient. My 6yr old was very scared and the Dr made him feel at ease and comfortable. Office staff was great as well. He had the best experience.
Great Doctor Carrion. He explained in detail why my daughter and mine eye sight vision had changed.
