The quality of service was good, but my main concerns are the wait time and the cleanliness of the office. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:15 PM (and arrived 15 minutes early), yet I wasn’t seen until an hour later. Since I planned this during my lunch break, I had to call work to request additional time and make up the missed time, which was frustrating. Highly recommend especially if you have children. He was very kind and patient. My 6yr old was very scared and the Dr made him feel at ease and comfortable. Office staff was great as well. He had the best experience.
Great Doctor Carrion. He explained in detail why my daughter and mine eye sight vision had changed.
I just want to say the amount of patience Dr Carrion has for kids is amazing! I myself got frustrated after trying to refract my own daughter. He was very detailed on getting as accurate as possible when checking the SPHERE, ASTIGMATISM AND AXIS OF THE prescription on each eye. Front desk girls Carolindas were so nice . Will recommend and come back
