Carrington Properties is the WORST company to rent from. I had nothing but problems when I rented from this company. They were holding onto my money orders and not cashing them than wanted to go to court. I also paid my rent months in advance and they turned around and sent me late notice and advised me when I called that they had it in a certain Gl.
