Me and my Husband , James Ward were living in this apartment since September 2023. Living at Carrington was a great experience !! Great customer service!! Danielle and Rick was always attentive, responding to every questions and solve ever problem as quickly as possible. Even the maintenance team. My family and I lived in this apartment for two years. They provide great housing and value for your money. The property managers Danielle and the guy (I don’t remember his name) are wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The only reason I’m rating it a 4 is because sometimes the residents can be loud and obnoxious but management handles it quickly.
I just want to take a moment to recognize Danielle in the front office at Carrington Hills. She’s always so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful every time I stop by or call. Danielle makes things feel easy—even when it’s about maintenance requests or lease questions. She remembers residents by name, takes time to listen, and you can tell she really cares about making the community a great place to live. Having someone like her in the office makes such a difference.
This apartment complex is great! My move in went very smoothly and Danielle in the office was very kind and accommodating at all times. Very much recommend her and this apartment complex!
I can't thank Danielle enough for all the help she's given me regarding my apartment. She listened carefully to my concerns, responded quickly to every question, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication make her a true asset. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance. She's the best! Carrington Hills has been home for the past 10 years.
