Things went downhill starting in 2023. The trees we loved outside our deck were removed along with loud construction and blasting our last year 2024. The newer residents got shadier and shadier with lotls of drug use and dealing in the parking lot. There were lots of visits from the police for various reasons including domestic violence. Overall I really like living here. It's quiet, plenty of parking, and the renovations were done nicely. The maintenance team is friendly and quick. Danielle is very kind and made my move in so easy.
Kudos to Danielle and Rick in the office for quality service. They always take time to understand my apartment and community needs. Also, the maintenance staff is top notch.
Lived here for 2 years, SO glad to be gone. Should have know there were red flags when they screwed up my paperwork and when I got there from across the country, I couldn’t open the door or windows to enter when I got there and had to call maintenance. Then when I got an ESA animal, I sent all the correct paperwork and had to spends weeks emailing on why legally they could not charge me for the animal. My wife and I have lived here almost two years now and have had a great experience. Maintenance comes fast, Danielle and Rick are amazing, neighbors are great as well. Perpetual construction is kept out of our way. Wish the pickle ball courts were up and running but overall Carrington is a great place and provides great value for the price!
