I would advise not living in this complex. As a first time renter, I am extremely disappointed in this experience. First and foremost, the water bill is pushing $200 every month, which is INSANE. Actual homeowners don’t pay that much. Oh my goodness, Miss. Danielle, as well as Mr. Rickare the best people that I’ve ever worked with as far as looking into an apartment and actually giving the help to move into one. They will help you as far as payments go for your rent. It’s a blessing to have them working here as well as with me!

Parking is bizarre and asking every tenant to pay 40$ to pay open parking after paying monthly rent, its common amenties to provide free open parking and its not downtown to ask for paid parking. Now they added guest parking for 1$ per hour, even better. 3. Lease Renewal, without providing amp... read more
I just recently moved here and I have absolutely no complaints. I loved interacting with Rick and Danielle on my first day here. They’ve made the move really smooth process wise and they are fun to talk to!!
