Been here since November 2018 and as of May 2020 they have started breaking into cars and stealing credit cards and license plates. It’s the neighbors sitting on the porch watching people come and go. Funny how the gate only has worked 3 months out of almost 2 years yet the main criminals live in the building next to me. Great job Carrington Chase. 😄
RecommendedI’ve been living here for 9months. I am enjoying my place- location is convenient, lots of beautiful trees and trails. People are friendly and I have not had any problem with noise! I’m enjoying life here!!
RecommendedThis is one Great place to live close to everything, great people and great staff with awesome resident functions. A great place that I call Home!
Management never follows through with anything. Never contacts residents to update on ongoing maintenance issues. Always need to go to them to get an update on the situation. Been without AC for 24 days. Complex is unwilling to do any kind of compensation for bad living conditions. Just have to deal with it. I'll probably be going home to a 80 degree apartment today.

My wife and I have been here for a minute... it’s ok
I spent ,10 years in the army and this is the worst place I have ever stayed. Bugs all over the place, the gate never works. $100 late payment charge for 3 days late. Wtf!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!! Oh yeah $800 for a 1 bedroom no bills included.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Jose in the office will make you wish you never stepped foot in their property! I wish I could give them no stars! We tried to give them three months rent up front and they kept jerking us around even after they said we were approved. They changed our move in date twice without telling us and didn't want to do work.
