Great place to live. I've been here over a year. Apartment manager and maintenance man are always prompt and helpful.
We rent several apartments here. Only one bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled and are really nice. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic. It is located right off of I-90 and it is right off of 405. It is quiet with no neighbor problems. It is hard to rent because the place is really liked! We would give it endless stars!!!
I love, love, love this apartment complex. The staff is great and very helpful. I've been a renter in the PNW for 24 years, the staff here is honest and reliable. It's close to everything, the stores, schools, and freeway. It's right on the bus line if you don't drive. It's close to Bellevue College and right across the street from a huge park.
