I called about 30minutes before I got here and told them about a problem I was having with the refer unit. They cleared a bay for me and was waiting to guide me in as soon as I arrived. Have to block off the traffic & back into the building from the street. They tracked down the problem, made repairs, and had me back on the road in less than 2hrs. (A problem another mechanic didn't cure after having my trl for 2weeks). Excellent service all the way around.
