I can't comment on returning phone calls (previous review) because my builder contacted Carrier on my behalf when my tankless hot water heater developed a leak. Carrier had installed the unit when the house was built. I was told that someone would come out at 2:00 pm THAT SAME AFTERNOON to diagnose the problem. Andy and Mark (?) showed up at 2:00 and quickly found that the leak was in the heatexchanger, not a simple loose fitting that could be fixed with a pipe wrench and Teflon tape.
