When you walk in the receptionist already knows your name. I like that very much. Gives it a personal feel. The dentist hygienist is the same I have seen every time for the last 3 years. Her name is Jackie and she is really great. She is very sweet and always remembers you. She always asks about your day and how things have been since she has seen you last. Very personable. I was given immediate apt when I called. I had lost a filling and my daughter is a pt. I was treated with respect courtesy friendliness and professionalism. I was given detailed explanations for every thing. I would recommend the professionals here to anyone.
I appreciate that Erica and others really listen to what I'm describing as issues or observations, and they make good recommendations on how to improve. I look forward to going to the dentist!

Dr Muzny has been our family dentist for several years and has always provided excellent care. Her office is always very accommodating in finding appts for my kids when they are in town, and for me when there has been a dental issue that required urgent attention. I would highly recommend this dental practice for all your dental health care.
