Excellent visit. Also courteous, professional care and advice. Hygienist did an excellent job and Dr. Muzny is always touch notch with review, analysis and care recommendations.
When you move to a new area it can be difficult to choose new dental and medical providers. I chose Dr. Muzny's office primarily on the office location and the quality of their website which I'll admit is not the best way to shop for or select a dental provider. However, I've been very pleased with my choice. Very friendly staff from beginning to end. April was great - I liked the way she explained each step of the way and was thorough and friendly. Dr. Muzny was helpful. The entire process ran smoothl.
I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. The care and professionalism is exemplary. There is a fun reparte that exists between the dental hygienist and the doctor and myself. I have lived all over the USA and many parts of the world, this is the best dental practice ever.
I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment due to me putting the incorrect time in my calendar. Your staff was quick and attentive and got me in and out so I wouldn't have to wait long in the waiting area.
Timely, efficient, and painless. What more could I ask for.
