After speaking with Tatianna this morning I refuse to continue seeing Dr. Landess. I was a migraine patient and was referred by a doctor who I consider a friend to landess. When I complained of headaches I was treated dismissively, my calls were not returned in a timely manner. I was told I could not possibly be having an issue. Tatianna and her residents were also argumentative and combative. little empathy
This is by far the experience I ever had! Keep up the good work
The worst
Dr Landess is definitely not patient oriented and extremely unprofessional. She will not care for you and leaves her clinic open to her residents to handle. I have yet to see her face to face for an appointment. Very unhappy
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! doctor did not come in until 2 hours into my appointment, did not introduce herself and did not speak to me directly rather spoke to the doctor that asked my questions. very rude and unprofessional. This doctor did not even look at me in the eye and prescribed a medication to me. i have 0 trust in her judgment and i am extremely disappointed. I WOULDNT EVEN LET MY DOG GET TREATED BY HER.
The wait is little long but is worth it because the Doctor is knowledgeable and the staff is excellent and helpful
The Doctor acts unusual and most times she has an attitude.
It's been very difficult getting in contact with Dr. Landess office. During office hours, I am receiving the after hours message. The staff does not respond to request for patients medical records.
