Surprising visit, some of the reviews online were a bit scary. My doctor said it was okay and I made the first appointment.
Some of the reviews were a little scary, I went to the office and everything went great. Getting the first appointment wasn't amazing, but setting up follow ups was easy.
Dr. LAndess is a though Doctor and will go out of her way into help. THe staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Landless.
I was a little worried after reading some reviews but I actually had a wonderful experience!
The staff was helpful and understanding. I was seen in about 30-35 minutes for my constant headaches. At first I was scared to go because of the reviews on the website but I was reassured by my doctor that it was okay. The staff was definitely helpful while I wait for my grandson to pick me up. Offering water/soda/coffee and checking in every so often.
The doctor was nowhere to be seen and I was taken into a room by a trainee. Had I known I would never scheduled appointment here. Office is terrible and has bad smell
Her front desk is awful! I've talked to them a few times and found out that not only had the doctor's request for a procedure requiring insurance approval first been ignored for over 6 weeks (while I am in pain daily), but she informed me that they are "way way behind on entering information." I let her know that I was switching doctors and not to submit anything for approval. She almost seemed happy that she didn't have to do her job further! Much more I need to say, but no more room
New to area & needed Dr for cont'd care. Made appt. w/Dr Landess & later find it's w/trainee student. Asked to change & told ok but day of appt. it's w/trainee. Guess what? She state then says I don't have N diagnosis! ??? Very upset (crying) -meds worked, I felt great. Didn't answer my ?s about changing 1 med. Mthly Rx doesn't go thru ok. Front desk was very rude to me on recent ph. call and couldn’t speak English. Will drive 3 hrs to previous Dr rather than go back this awful disgusting office
Do not go to this doctor. All she cares about is having you come back to have that cash register ringing--while not taking care of any of your problems. I was a patient there for 6 months...and she did nothing for me except collect alot of co-pays and insurance money. Her office staff was quite rude...and wait times were ALWAYS one hour in the lobby, and another hour in the holding pen. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...WARNING----GO TO SOMEONE ELSE! I found another neurologist that came highly recommended
