A service customer, to say the least they don't seem to like black people. *** and the male white advisor speaks differently to black customers than white customers which is unfortunate. The customer service and follow up goes not exist here. First they had my car for 4& 1/2 months and I had to call everyday I only received 3 calls the entire time they had my car. The motor was blown for reasons they did not know on a 2018 Soul. They offered no help in getting a loaner car or discount on a rented car. Finally it was ready to pick up, I had to pay 20% of the replaced motor $1900. They advised me I needed to have my work done at their dealership in the future. Stay away, stay away, stay away. So many poor customer experience encounters, I'll summarize to avoid a lengthy comment: 1. When I first leased my car - I made a $1500 deposit. When they emailed my confirmation of my lease, they had lost half of the deposit. When trying to call to resolve the issue, they sent me to the wrong department twice, hung up on me once, and then placed me on hold for 30min. Their resolution, "we don't know what happened." Stay away! We've been taking our cars to get serviced at Carriage Kia for the past 3 years. For the past year, our engine light has been on and they cannot fix it- at first I was told "ecu needed to be updated", then "throttle body needs to be cleaned for $89.99 (on 30k miles car?)", then "gas cap needs to be replaced ($23.95)", then "when it's cold outside, your light will come on". Highly recommend that no one buys from this location. I've had the worst experience. I purchased my vehicle in May 2020 with full warranty. It has been difficult to have anything done. I've had to have the radio fixed, I was told it would take 30 minutes to get the part and a couple hours to fix it. 4 days later I get my vehicle back but I had to call to get updates every day, no one would contact me. I was in a process of purchasing a car from this dealer. I submitted all required information and was waiting for the sales man to call so I can make the deposit requested. Never heard back from him until he messaged me the next morning that the car is sold. I waited a few hours and ask to of my family member to enquire the same car as I though the car was still available. The manager had told that I was suppose to finance with them to secure the car. I bought a 2020 Kia Telluride SX, top of the line with every option available in March 2019. In April, 2019 I had multiple radio failures that the dealership resolved but the service department eventually repaired the problems. I had no recurrence of radio issues until now (March, 2020). Now, the navigation system is failing to find addresses through its normal operations and the 'OFFLINE' back-up system is hit or miss on finding the address.
