Love our new home inside . The office people are nice. And i enjoy this place . But i have a MAJOR issue with the neighbors next door to me they are violent, sell drugs from what i can tell outside right in front of my place too and gunshots were fired here at 3 am on halloween 2025. And for almost 2 grand here a month including electric and wifi , i didn't move from the ghetto for this crap. And yes ive informed the office on a voicemail and ill be seeing them monday tomorrow about this.
The maintenance staffs of this apartment are rude and disrespectful. And also their troubleshooting skills are amazingly terrible. They have to come to your apartment three or four times to find out and fix one minor problem. They are using use and trial methods. The SHADY CARPET CLEANER CONTERACTER they have are really a joke. This carpet shows up in your apartment for a couple of minutes and then they pretend they cleaned and leave. Nobody is supervising the quality of their work. It really a joke.
