Riner Gay was very professional and kind. I’m leaving this review because you really don’t see this level of customer service with Athens realtors.
God forbid your unit needs repairs. Moved in to my house on 8/8 put in a request no more than a week after move in regarding the shower/tub and it has not been fixed yet as of 10/28. Had quarter inch holes in the tub and the caulking was moldy and rotting. Excuses after excuses with a severe lack of communication/accountability on their end. The worst possible experience I could ever imagine with a realtor, genuinely evil people. They have absolutely ZERO care for the health and safety of their tenants. Riner Gay was our property manager, and he frequently swept major issues under the rug with zero urgency, constantly stating it'll "get done when we can get it done" and "there's only so much I can do".
