This complex has been notified several times that there is a dog in distress being left on a balcony for long periods of time without ample shade in 90+ weather. It takes no effort on your end to check in with your residents and make sure that they are properly caring for the animals living here. This company says “pet friendly”. However, they have not yet cooperated with concerned residents/citizens and Muncie Animal Care & Services to save a poor dog locked on one of their residence’s balconies. The apartment complex has been contacted multiple times by not only concerned citizens but MACS and no response. The poor dog on the balcony has been baking in the sun without any shelter in 90 weather. It is beyond repulsive that this apartment complex would allow something so cruel to continue.
This community is managed by a professional staff that is so respectful. The grounds are so beautiful. You are in walking distance of Ball State and amenities including the YMCA. I feel safe walking in the evening.
Definitely a great place to live, conveniently located.
