I'm shocked there aren't more bad reviews of this complex. I've lived here for 4 years. The hallway and our apartment reeks of cigarette and weed smoke. Maintenance never truly fixes anything and has to come out multiple times to actually do something. The appliances are old. The windows are drafty. The A/C unit is literally from the 1980s and hardly works. We don't use it because it is so filthy and costs a ton to run it. Neighbors are rude and slam the front door. i dont like here when its heat no ac when it is cold its hot dont live here
The absolute worst. I lived here for 5 years and experienced the worst management I've ever encountered. They never want to truly fix anything but rather rig stuff so it's barely functioning. Whenever maintenance was called the issue was never fully resolved and often they caused more damage. There were countless issues they said they were going to come back and fix but never did. I moved into this place back in April of 2020. I did enjoy living in the area. Close to expressway and Hines Park is a beautiful park for everyone in the area. I had some of the best neighbors while living there. Originally I would have given the place 3 5/4 star rating for the following: The buildings are outdated,, the appliances in my apartment were really old.
