I was really interested in here until I was told their "pet policy" wasn't really a policy they're practicing. You're not allowed to have a pet in any apartment that has carpet that is less than 4 years old. Yet whenever an apartment is vacated, I was told that they immediately replace the carpet with new carpet. So while they advertise as "pet friendly" they are not. Don't move here if you want a home for you and your pet.

@kirsten We apologize about this. However we are now under new owner ship and that is not true. We do not replace carpet every time someone moves. Some carpets are replaced and some are cleaned. We do not offer NEW carpet to pets but our units with cleaned carpet are perfect for you and your fur babies. We are indeed pet friendly and have a great new policy. Thanks Carriage Hills Staff
