Disgusting office manager! Maintenance men are great but the office personnel are horrible!
RecommendedI moved here from Texas back in February and Angela in the front office helped me via email and phone calls to apply online and setup my renters insurance and electricity. When I showed up a few weeks later she was there to greet me and I was moving stuff in my apartment within an hour of arriving. While living here I have had a few minor things that needed repair in my apartment and the maintenance team has been very fast to respond and very friendly and professional every time. TERRIBLE experience. They are liars. I wish I had NEVER rented from them. They have very poor communication skills and the office staff is not helpful at all. They claim to be and pretend to be. The office manager was very unprofessional and rude to me. Do not recommend living here.

Fantastic customer services
Since new management took over the apartments look nice and they have done alot with the cimplex, however there is more drug activity, you can't park in your own building parking lot you have to park in another building lot and walk in the dark with the drug dealers lurking about to your apartment. People even park in 2 spaces and nothing is done. Where is this "security officer " you always talk about but no one sees. It just doesn't feel safe anymore.

Karen, we apologize for this, however we are working hard on the property. We have 3 team members living on site addressing the parking issue however we have two police officers on site and they have not reported this issue to me.
