This place is a Hidden Gem. The office staff was amazing Heidi Teresa and Mark. Just good people... honest and fast approval process ... they did everything they could to welcome me home.... Beautiful Views Golf Course Park like grounds. Pet friendly incredibly peaceful 10 15 minutes from anywhere extremely convenient location just beautiful more than competitive also offering 2 months free rent you need to check this place out....
I lived here for about 10 months, in unit D9, and would visit my friends in unit C12. Let's start with: these apartments were not built to clean. Everything inside is cheap and poorly constructed - placement is uninhabitable for the kitchen. Every apartment's kitchen is designed so you cannot open the drawer closest to the oven, you must open the oven door if you want the drawer to open all the way - this design flaw is just indicative of the further issues you will find renting in the complex. My husband and I have lived here since March of 2021. We have stayed a little over four years, and we have been in two different units. This has been by far the best renting experience of my life living on my own so far. It was a little rocky at first, but management then changed to what it is now. Everyone has been more than phenomenal and willing to work with me through hard times. They're never rude or have a problem when needing something fixed. I wanted to start by saying that this apartment management company is just amazing!! I have lived in the Carriage Hills complex for over a year now. I moved into a one bedroom one year ago (this was my first apartment after college that was not college living) and the office staff made me feel super comfortable right away! Maintenance is also so great and friendly. I had my kitchen faucet break and within just 2 days, maintenance came by and replaced it completely...during Thanksgiving week too! My husband and I relocated back to Pensacola 3 years because we loved living here when we were stationed at Corry Station back in 2004. While there have been a few hiccups over the past 3 years, i.e. rude and extremely loud neighbors, maintenance concerns, laundry room problems, etc. overall we have absolutely loved living here!
