Carriage Hill is great to work with and easy to get ahold of for questions about new and current policies. Pam is super helpful with helping me setup a new renters insurance and car insurance when needed.
Avoid if you need standalone home insurance. I called Carriage Hill looking for a homeowners' insurance quote and was met with what I can only describe as unprofessional sales tactics. The agent I spoke with flatly refused to provide a quote unless I agreed to bundle my auto insurance as well. When I pointed out that mandatory bundling is an agency-level choice, not an Erie Insurance company-wide requirement, she still refused to quote a standalone policy.
