TBH I love this place so much. My apartment is so cute and I love the pool. The staff is super friendly.
I’ve lived here for 4 years, and have loved every second of it. The prices are affordable, and the office staff is so helpful and friendly! I moved here because of a referral, and now refer all of my friends looking for a long-term, budget friendly rental solutions in Knoxville. Highly recommend.

Great cheap apartments. My unit didn’t have a washer and dryer hookups so I had to have it in the kitchen and the maintenance did provide me with a box for the dryer vent to go into. It was an older apartment so nothing fancy. The AC unit was very loud but we had no issues with staff or neighbors. Pest was under control as well. Never had any issues with pest. The pool was slightly unpleasant to swim in. Overall, the place needs a little reno but other than that, it’s a great place for the price.
