A horrible experience living in these run down, roach infested apts that are always consumed in pot and cigarrette smoke. Drug activity, break-ins, aggressive dogs that attack the tenants and their dogs. Destructive unsupervised kids who run together and run roughshod over the tenants. Cops who ignore eye witness accounts of assaults. Even a light rain can cause enuff mud to cover the sidewalks that there are no options but to walk in it.
