Do not let them in your house or try to clean anything antique or valuable. Do not use them for flood recovery. Do not let them touch your curtains or blinds. Do not let them be unsupervised in your home or have large orders. Do not recommend at all. Heartbroken. If other customers received items that were not theirs my family would give you a list of missing things to see if any of them were ours.
If I could give 20 stars, I would! I cannot say enough about this company! After our house fire, they took absolutely everything in our home. They salvaged and cleaned what they could. But even items deemed “ruined,” were still cleaned, boxed, and returned. Everything was boxed SO neatly and carefully and every box was labeled with its contents. CC helped me during a recent flu fire in my home. They extended their compassionate services to me throughout the 6 month period I was not able to return to my home. They made 2 emergence deliveries right away with clothes, etc., and made other deliveries before the final delivery of my home contents. All clothing came back, cleaned, hanging, all individually covered by plastic bags. All boxes listed contents which was very helpful. Things that were not cleanable were also charted. I highly recommend them!
I’m being generous with my rating of 4, but I believe when mistakes are made and corrected appropriately that deserves acknowledgment. I had a fire on April 17. Carriage cleaners was able to come out to the home within a few days, retrieve all “soft” items, and gave me a quote of a couple of weeks to a month for cleaning and restoration. I took PTO from work for pack out due to living with family and having to make sure our belongings were packed out and divided correctly due to different insurance.
