CC helped me during a recent flu fire in my home. They extended their compassionate services to me throughout the 6 month period I was not able to return to my home. They made 2 emergence deliveries right away with clothes, etc., and made other deliveries before the final delivery of my home contents. All clothing came back, cleaned, hanging, all individually covered by plastic bags. All boxes listed contents which was very helpful. Things that were not cleanable were also charted. I highly recommend them!
I’m being generous with my rating of 4, but I believe when mistakes are made and corrected appropriately that deserves acknowledgment. I had a fire on April 17. Carriage cleaners was able to come out to the home within a few days, retrieve all “soft” items, and gave me a quote of a couple of weeks to a month for cleaning and restoration. I took PTO from work for pack out due to living with family and having to make sure our belongings were packed out and divided correctly due to different insurance.
