Food was great but we had the worst service ever. It was my birthday and we had to flag the waiter for drink refills and a table that came in after us got sooo much better service.
I had lunch today at Carrabbas in Pensacola with my Mom. Our server was a wonderful young lady named Shannon who provided such exemplary service I almost thought I had been transported back in time to the Golden Age. My husband and I have eaten at this location a few times now the past two months- and we want to commend Erin and Jackie for always providing us with amazing hospitality. These two servers are always on their A game! I highly recommend you ask for them when you eat at this location!

Our family was visiting the area and decided to stop in at Carrabba’s due to craving Italian and seeing they had really good reviews. And oh my, they did not disappoint! Our waitress (Vanessa) was absolutely wonderful and so sweet, especially with our numerous questions. 🙈😊 the bread and herb oil they served with our dinner was insanely delicious. All of our appetizers and meals were delightful but I must say, the calamari and stuffed mushrooms were truly out of this world! 😄
Food was delicious!! Waitress was very friendly and attentive. They made you feel like you were their most important patron!! Will definitely come back again!!
Am I not used to eat out or what? $65 for this? Mr. Pollo has my vote! Never again!! evah!!
