Ask for Jordana! My boyfriend and I had her as our server last weekend, and we absolutely loved her! Outstanding service! Great food! �
Seated at 5:20 gave waitress our order immediately, at 5:40 had to ask her for our salads. The table beside us ordered at same time we did, at 6:00 they were checking out and we still haven’t received our dinner. When we did get our order, my dinner wasn’t what I ordered. We left and talked to manager. This was one of my favorite places to eat, but sadly will not be going back.

Food was great and service was good. Only complaint I had was the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well. It was very warm. Informed the waitress and nothing was ever done about it and I wasn’t the only one who complained about it.
Excellent staff delicious food had a great time.
The carside service was excellent!!! The food was fresh and still hot! And no mistakes on our rather large order....staff was extremely professional and nice....best Italian food ever!!!!

My sweet daddy loves to at eat Carrabbas, in fact I use Carrabbas as a bribe when he has doctors appointments in Pensacola. It’s such a special time for us both. The service and dinning experience never disappoints. If you could make one improvement though, is it possible for the menus items to be all calorie free? That my friend would earn you ten �s
I hope no one calls ahead to make a reservation because there is obviously a “wrong list” you can be put on. Regardless of checking in when arriving and being told there was still a 10 minute wait which turned into 30 minutes and then being told we’d have to wait another 40 minutes to an hour because of this “wrong list” we were added to. Carrabbas ? Cagarbage.
