You may read other comments about our experience there but I'm throwing in my 2 cents! Terribly unprepared for a large group even if you DO make reservations weeks and days in advance! Waiters had no clue how to handle us and drinks, food came sporadically. Plus, I don't know if it's Corporate policy or individual management policy but, unlike their wine tasting 4 course dinners where a glass of wine is served with each course, people in our group were cut off completely from having any more than 3 drinks! I was not impressed with the chicken parmesan. it tasted like vomit and stomach acid. only took a few bites and was done
Stay away from any future Bubbles and Brunches... Horrible service, an uncoordinated disaster!! Staff confused as to what tables their servers were assigned to, food was cold, had to get my own drink refills from the bar, took 30 minutes to get the bill...
We had reservations and they still blew us off. when we did get seated the food took a while to come out. The waiter was very good a kind. I think management needs to be replaced.
Ashlee is a great waitress. Fast and friendly. Food was great! Love Happy Hour specials too!
