I went to Carrabba’s for lunch with my mother on Friday, 5-10-19. I always love this restaurant and never complain about service. However, I am disgusted with the service provided by our waitress, Makayla. She barely spoke, smiled, or otherwise acknowledged our presence...until the very end, after she realized my mother gave her a 30% tip (my mother’s choice, not mine). Very disappointed with this past visit.

would definitely not eat there again. ordered something that was not on the menu. waitress insisted she knew the dish but had totally different ingredients and when I told her it was not the same dish her demeanor changed received poor service from that moment never came back to ask how the meal was never asked if we would like another drink or more bread and was rude when asking for form of payment on the check. spoke to manager was apologetic without really being apologetic gave me a $20 gift card.
