My wife and I eat at this Carrabba's often. Service and food are always excellent. Tonight for the first time, we had a very small problem and they went above and beyond what was needed to make it right. The owner/manager Mr. Ortiz earned my business a million times over.
Went to Carraba's Italian Grill in Murfreesboro last night. This used to be a decent place to eat (we loved it), excellent food at a good price. Price is still there but I swear the portion sizes were half what they used to be. Needless to say we will not be going back. As good as the food is if you are going to cut the portion size to half what it used to be there should be some drop in price.
We have ALWAYS been carrabba's fan's. We have been to your Murfreesboro location many times. After church today, we had some errands to run, so we decided to stop by and try the lunch menu that's advertised " starting at 11am, lunch served daily". After getting in the restaurant and being seated, our waitress informed us that there isn't a lunch menu in Sunday's. We left. Better advertising will yield happier customers. Very disappointed.
We always enjoy the food here. We mostly order our food for car side pickup. On a recent trip I realized I had forgotten my wallet after I had arrived there. I had a gift card for a portion of the food but our bill was $14 more than the gift card amount. Grace, the owner just forgave that portion of our bill so I wouldn't have to make the 30 minute round trip back home and get my wallet.
