We were appalled. We seated at the open kitchen area and what we witnessed was disgusting. Prep cooks not changing gloves, making pizzas with out changing gloves after cleaning, cleaning solution dripping on food, floor was disgusting with used gloves, dirty towels and food all over. Grates on stove were put on floor on top of filth and a pitcher of water poured on them then picked up from floor and put back on stove - and used. Salad greens put on disgusting floor. Always love traveling to this place to eat Its definitely worth the drive. The menu is always changing and always good. Never had a bad meal and always left feeling good, you cant beat that! The waiters & waitress's are very friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful and the place is so clean and inviting. I love watching them cook behind the counter and I'm always glad to get a table by the roaring fire in the brick oven.
Awesome food great service. we had more than 15 people and they were great with the amount of people
