One of my favorite places and always worth the wait.
We had a party of three on a Sunday night around 5:30. Restaurant was not busy and the service was a little slow. Our appetizer came out after our entrees. The manager came over and apologized and said he would buy a round of drinks on him. We had three sangrias! The best sangria ever, it's my favorite. Then the waitress apologized for the appetizer screw up and said that dessert was on her! I was surprised drinks and dessert for free. Excellent. Our waiter was the best I've ever had. We got talking. He was going to school in Schenectady. Reminded me of my son. He was 24 years of age. Very good at his job. We told him he was definitely going places. He was going to school for restaurant management. Good help is hard to find and they waiter is an asset. The food was great but he even made it better with his excellent service.
We used to love this place..... Went tonight for dinner and it was awful.... service sucked, food came out cold and my son had a chicken bone in his soup... Told the waitress and manager did nothing... Never even came to our table to apologize!!!
Went here a couple months ago for a friend get-together. It's like an upscale Olive Garden and much better. Reasonable prices, nice ambiance, and great food, especially the bread and dipping sauce! Would highly recommend.
First off....we love carrabbas, never had a bad experience till eating at this particular one. Waitress wasn't very nice. Service was extremely slow plus when we finally got our food, it was disappointing! My husband and I ordered pasta. When it came out it was already cold and glued to the plate from sitting a long time before it was brought to our table. Went here for the first time a few month's ago as of now it's my favorite place to eat very good food and good service
Loved the food, drinks and waiter, Andrew! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Took my family out for my moms birthday and was placed but the door people use for pick up orders. It's freezing outside and the door was open every 2 mins. What a shame that they think it's ok that everyone at the table was freezing.
