Friday night it was busy, was told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. We waited less then 10 minutes, and during that time the manager came around with slices of pizza to hold us over. Great service and food.
The service was a little slow but the food was good.
Ate at Carrabba's last night unfortunately not a great experience. The food was just fair and parts of my dinner were cold. Service started off okay but our server lost track of us and didn't come back to ask how are meals were and only came back to the table long after we had finished eating. All that being said we have been to this restaurant one other time and the food and service were terrific. I would probably give it another try during a less busy day of the week
Food was pretty good but service was extremely slow. Appetizers were served quickly but long wait between them and salad/soup and then waited almost an hour for entrée to be served. Waitress did apologize and offered to comp a dessert, however as soon as we said we were ready to box our leftovers she brought our check and never asked about dessert.
Had a great time. Dinner was absolutely delicious. Everyone was great from Manager Jim to our waitress Mary. They couldn't do enough for us. We will be back.
We have been to Carrabba's several times and the food and service is always great.
We eat at Carrabbas frequently. Always great service and good food. Once we had bad service and we're comped for our meal...
Well get this. We are eating dinner and this waitress starts to clean the table in back of us and she must not have been paying attention because she not only sprayed me but my drink and dinner with windex. I mean soaked me. She went and got her manager and he apologized and took my dinner back and made me a new one. In the meantime My Husbanf waited for me to get my dinner before eating his which was then cold. The manager never comped my meal or even offered anything else. I think that is pretty bad customer service.
I have never ever had a bad meal here. The service was great too.
