Carabba's is one of my favorites for italian food! However...my favorite dish is typically the pasta weezie..but lately I've been on the filet kick. You certainly wouldn't think you'd get a great steak at an italian restaurant! It's possible and it's pretty fantastic. :) A couple of times, I've had a problem with doneness, I like my steaks RARE. Excellent food, wait staff and atmosphere! We especially liked what my mother ordered which was the shrimp and scallop linguine. I had the chicken parmesan lasagne and it was very tender. The salad was fresh and crisp. We just felt pampered and had a wonderful evening!
