We traveled to look at a car and, I had made sure not to get my hopes up because we have not had great experiences with car purchases in the past. This was seriously the easiest process, no pressure to buy, and just an overall enjoyable experience. Car salesmen and dealerships sometimes end up with a bad reputation but I am telling you, these are good guys! Bonus- I love my car!

I came into Carr Subaru, knowing I had to roll a large amount of negative equity over to a new car. They went over in beyond to fit my budget and get me approved for my loan. I am so grateful for the employees at this dealership for giving me the best experience leasing my first car. I highly recommend this dealership! �
Overall experience was good but they Failed to find a very common problem in the hatch that leads to wiper malfunction, missed as in the Tech never and I say Never took the time to diagnose the issue. I inspected it today only to find the original black tape from the first repair years ago was still applied and a zip tie that I used was still on, so to pull a fast one on the customer. All this could have been done if the tech removed the tape to inspect and check the wires that are known to be the cause. Luckily I did not pa... read more
