This was my first dealership experience after YEARS of saving for my lovely Subaru Impreza. I LOVE my car and that's where the good review stops. This place has been an absolute nightmare! Not only did they NOT file my paperwork correctly to bill me and got mad at ME, they tried to charge me extra and then proceeded to berate us on the phone when we attempted to make the payment. went in for an oil change and new wiper blades. waited almost an hour (not upset about wait time) get in my car and get more than halfway home only to notice my wiper blades look like they were made to fit on a semi truck. I immediately turned around and went back, they apologized and replaced the wipers and said I'd get 10 percent off my next service. I'm a little concerned with who they have working on these expensive cars.....really hope the person who put the wrong wiper blades on my wrx wasn't the same person to change ... read more
Jessica Wallach and the financing department were incredible! Definitely did not expect to walk away with a car tonight, but we did! She really listened to what we wanted and needed, and helped steer us in the right direction. We could not be happier with our new Suburu. It was by far the best car experience we’ve had - there was no pressure and everyone was so accommodating!
