My son went there out to pick up a part I had purchased. They made a wait in one line and then another line. When they knew exactly what part he was supposed to pick up, he thought it was for a condensing coil. They looked up his name. It was under his name. It was a high-pressure line for an AC unit. They made fun of him for 15 minutes before they finally gave him the part he did not know the parts name he has not done mechanical work before. They are very unprofessional. I will be contacting the owner as soon as I can.
