Great place with very helpful people. Courteous, fun, helpful and knowledgeable. Lee, goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. He and his wife are the last of a dying breed. If you are an ignorant girl , like me, who doesn't know how to put air in her tires, they take the time to explain the dynamics and are always available to answer your questions. Thank you HH! The absolute worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced. Don't take your business here. They will hit you with a multitude of charges once the job is complete, without notifying you of anything. Also they are extremely behind any schedule that they claim
Do Not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Bought a 2000 Silverado. Had it for less than two weeks and less than 200 miles and transmission and ubolts went out. Over $2000 in repairs. Owner would not contribute to repairs. Basically said it's the risk I took buying a car from him. He has no integrity nor a sense of responsibility or accountability. Keep scrolling if you see a car advertised by this dealer.
We can always find what we need for our cars at carquest . The employees are very helpful & friendly.
This is usually my 3rd choice in auto parts after O'Reilly and Autozone. I've gone here 3 times when the other two stores didn't have what I needes. Knowledgeable but a bit pricier than the other two stores.
I love this place !!! Awsome family business, they don't care if it's closing time they will still help you, you can't get that through a national chain store, they close 10 minutes early.
Not good, bought battery for car. They do not punch out warranty tabs on the battery. Rather they insist on a paper receipt for their battery warranty. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIND A TWO YEAR OLD PAPER RECIEPT ON DEMAND? CARQUEST warranty is worthless. AVOID THESE PEOPLE and BUYER BEWARE !
Drove over 100 miles to buy a vehicle from them that they swore up and down they would drive to California and back with got half way home heard some grinding going on needed a rear axle replaced the axle the next morning two days later the transmission went out have had nothing but problems with this thing for the last three weeks that I've owned it
