These people make a mockery of customer service. All kids who don’t know anything, managed by a man, Sean, who dodges accepting normal auto parts responsibility. First negative review I’ve ever left.
The big tire shop in town was closed Saturday morning and we found ourselves in Muleshoe, headed to Colorado, pulling a camper, with a slow leak in one almost new tire. Joe Ed’s was open with an employee diligently blowing off the pavement- ready for a customer. They found the leak in a difficult spot and did a great job repairing it! That was over a week ago and we are still rolling on it! Thanks!

I was traveling for the holidays in our bus and discovered a ride height adjustment was necessary to go further. They had a part I needed and much more reasonable than other quotes. They had it on the counter for me when I arrived. The kind of place you want to do business with.
I had four tires installed on my 02 Windstar I also had a wheel alignment done by them and front end parts put in because they said they needed them. I drove my car for all about 8 months now and the inside of the tires are worn out because they pitched them in kind of like a duck.... I would say that they did a less than half ass job I will never take my car there again or anything

I was travelling from Washington to Idaho with a "new", used vehicle when the radiator blew. They towed me into the shop, taking $50 off of that bill. I had to stay overnight in the hotel next door since the part had to be shipped in. Once they received the part the next morning they did quick work of replacing the radiator, plus checking a couple other things to make sure the car wouldn't have other problems.
