Today was my first visit to Advant automotive and it was positive experience in every way. They plugged a nail hole in my grandson's car. I have never had such a quick repair. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly and professional. Definitely a very well run business. Their location is very convenient and accessible. I intend to recommend Advant to my family and friends.

Ron S. is the manager of Advance Auto Parts located at 2695 W Ridge Rd; Rochester, NY. He was very helpful to me with respect to the different oil weights that I purchased. I believe Ron has extensive knowledge in the automotive parts arena and beyond.
I was the only customer in the store. I entered and walked up to the counter. There were 3 employees at the side back of the counter talking. None of them greeted me, none of them said please wait a moment... nothing. I said hello twice before one came to the counter. Not very friendly and not customer focused. Not recommended!
