They said they had part in stock on their site. Went to pick it up, got there said it wasn't in yet decided wait since would be about 30mins. 30 mins pass and nothing. Go home since I don't want to keep walking up and down the store. Come home to an email saying the order has been canceled by the store. Call in only get told they don't have it and that they hadn't changed on their site yet. Waste of time

I came by today for help with my vehicle something simple but my vehicle was smoking so didn't really know what the problem was Aaron and Joe was an awesome help they care about their customers I went to a few other places no help. But then today came here they actually came out and help me with the situation I am grateful I came here first time and felt like I knew them forever Thank u guys so much for your support and helping me get my vehicle back on the road you definitely should stop at this store they help out alot

Just called to get a cost on a part at your Indianapolis location on East 86th Street and the little boy that I spoke to was extremely rude, short and doesn't listen. Good customer service get you customers. Bad customer service and ignorance get you nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
