My car batteries died not to far from Advance auto parts, about a block so I walked to the shop to buy a new batteries. When I got in the Advance Auto Part Shop suddenly an Employee ask me if I need help of what I’m looking for and I explain to him my situation of my car batteries died, also it was a really hot day of 90 degrees outside around 11:12am. The AC was not working in my car. I ended up at Autozone in Roseville and was fortunate enough to meet the GM Derek. Derek went way above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong. He came out to my car and diagnosed the problem and ended up fixing my AC!! Needless to say, I was (and still am) ecstatic about this. I stopped by to pick up freion, I asked for help & Derek the GM was quick to come out and help me with no problems. I got the wrong can and he helped me find the right can and assisted with putting the freon in my car. I appreciated the help!
