As someone who needs car parts frequently and spends a lot of money here reaching well over the highest reward rank, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I went in for a return on a defective part that cost me almost $200, guy behind the counter took one look at it and said no. Didn’t ask me what was wrong until after he said they couldn’t take it.
