I ordered my carport on October 24th of 2017, and it is December 20th and despite several phone calls, I still have not heard from them. Emails and phone messages have not been responded to. I would give them a "no star" but I don't think I could write a review without giving them something. I am hoping I can get my deposit back at this point.
