They're way better than most "buy here pay heres" The staff is helpful and flexible. They took care of any issues we had right away. If we were going to be a day or two late on our payment, all they asked was call and let them know. They actually reported our payments to the credit boroughs (which really actually built our credit up a lot) If you need to go to a "buy here pay here" make carplax your first stop
Franklin was great helping us get our new car fast! He also stayed after close, and didn’t make us feel rushed. :)
Franklin is the man. We had a situation occur where we needed a vehicle now and he was able to help us out. He was honest and straight with us throughout the whole process and never did we feel like we were being railroaded into something we couldn’t afford.
