The entire install process was a mess. Multiple installers that had no clue what they were doing. Never could get anyone to answer a phone or emails. Had to go in personally to get anything taken care of. They have now shutdown, saving anyone else from having to deal with them m
Great experience. The staff was friendly. The installers left my house clean and were courteous. Great value on the carpet compared to other local stores. Wish we would have installed this carpet years ago.

2 Separate orders were not even close to satisfactory. Carpet Plus' ability to communicate with their clients lacks anything to be desired. The owners simply dodge phone calls, messages and emails and fail to provide anything more than excuses as to why. We will not conduct any further business nor would recommend anyone else to go through the agony of wondering if your order was even placed, let alone will ever be installed.
