These guys were very good in fact the best I've had, I've used Stanley Steemer and some other clown named Burpee and Burpee Carpet Cleaning in the past and they could not clean my carpets to my satisfaction my carpets were wet over night and stunk, both told me certain spots and stains would not come out and on the first visit these guys Carpet Done Right got the very stains and spots out that the others said were permanent damage, my carpets were dry in a few hours and I'm happy, I will always use them, the only criticism I... read more
Mike and his crew were very professional and ontime. His crew gave me time to get to parents' home which changed due to their schedule. They were done in a short amount of time cleaning the carpet which was living room, dining room, steps and a bedroom. They explained what to expect after they were done. I have referred them on to several family members. Thank you again for such a great job.

Just experienced the worst customer service ever with these unprofessional ppl! Don't know how they've been in business this long. Live up to your word and be honest and truthful about what was said. Never again, and will NEVER recommend this horrible business to anyone!
I scheduled a carpet cleaning today for a company I saw on Facebook. They are a minority owned family business, arrived on-time, conducted themselves professionally and did a great job.
