Great Service, Professional Job We used Carpeteria a few months ago to have new carpet installed in the whole house. We dealt with Vic and had a great experience. He came out measured the house, listened to what we had planned and then asked if we would like to hear some of his ideas. I am glad we did because he pointed out some things that we had not thought of and we would have probably been unhappy if we had done it our way. Worst Installation EVER! If I could give these guys less than one star I would. But I can't. Well, I guess they can have one star because my new carpet is cleaner than the old. But it sure doesn't look as good.
Excellent Service I purchased new hardwood floors from Carpeteria about a month ago. The price was reasonable (about $10K for everything all in) and everything came on time. I thought the workers did a great job - I was afraid there was going to be a huge amount of debris and dust but they were able to get everything in and finished in three days with minimal mess. My wife was pretty psyched as was I because I thought for sure she would freak out.
Don't get ripped off ... literally!!! purchased carpet for my stairs from Carpeteria. They used my garage to lay out and cut the carpet. Three workers spent nearly 4 hours installing the carpet. I was present and aware the entire time though it was difficult to always keep track of all of them. I found one worker wondering around the other side of my house presumably ??looking for a bathroom??, even though there was a bathroom obviously right next to the stairs they were working on.
