From start to finish, Carpet to Go was wonderful to work with. Recently replaced my carpet with LVP. They were able to match and brought it to the consultation. I met with Kayla who was WONDERFUL! Knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. Walked the house and estimate received on site! Discussed financing options and Kayla had sent me the paperwork and all necessary info the next day. Product was delivered and installed within the same week. My floors are next level - thank you team!!
What a pleasant experience buying our carpet with Kayla Funk at Carpets to Go, Charleston! Kayla arrived exactly when she said to measure for our new carpet. She patiently answered all our questions. She quickly had our carpet ordered and installed. The installation team was fabulous! They, too, kept their word and arrived on time to install our beautiful, high quality carpet. Now all my family wants to do is walk barefoot on it. We are super pleased and highly recommend Carpets to Go Charleston. Be sure to ask for Kayla!

I cannot begin to express how great of an experience this was. This is my first big purchase for my home, and I was so nervous - but Beri Poland was an absolute treat to work with.
