Amazing. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. Kayla was friendly and kind. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the installers were conscientious and professional. The whole experience was far better than another company I used in the past. I will definitely call them again for future needs.
We are so thrilled with our floors. They look great. We thought the color was going to be a little off from store to home due to lighting. It is, but it's better than in the store. From start to finish, Carpet to Go was wonderful to work with. Recently replaced my carpet with LVP. They were able to match and brought it to the consultation. I met with Kayla who was WONDERFUL! Knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. Walked the house and estimate received on site! Discussed financing options and Kayla had sent me the paperwork and all necessary info the next day. Product was delivered and installed within the same week. My floors are next level - thank you team!!
What a pleasant experience buying our carpet with Kayla Funk at Carpets to Go, Charleston! Kayla arrived exactly when she said to measure for our new carpet. She patiently answered all our questions. She quickly had our carpet ordered and installed. The installation team was fabulous! They, too, kept their word and arrived on time to install our beautiful, high quality carpet.
