We bought carpet from Carpets to go 2 years ago and the carpet we got did not hold up well at all. We made a claim through Kayla and she made the process go smoothly. Shaw accepted our claim and we were able to pick out new carpet. Kayla was so helpful and patient with us as we decided on a new style and color of carpet. She reassured us the carpet we went with would go perfect in our bedrooms. The installers came and were exceptional, kind and very thorough. We are so happy with our new carpet!
I had a great experience with Beri at Carpets to Go!! Their selection is extensive. The installation team was prompt and professional, and the carpet quality was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their space!!

Our experience with Carpet To Go was fantastic. Kayla Funk was our salesperson and took the time to explain all of our options, which took time because we didn't know much of anything. She walked us thru the whole process. The installers were awesome even though our existing hardwood floor didn't want to be pulled up at all. Lol. The finished product is amazing and when I'm ready to do other rooms, I'll be back to see Kayla.
