From the moment we walked in to Carpet One to the last goodbye from the tile and carpet installers...A+ experience! Crystal is wonderful and went above and beyond to help us from choosing what would look best in our home and staying at our budget. She continued by helping out during the installation process and by following up after the project was complete. They have done great work for our office here at Syfrett, Dykes & Furr. Installed stain resistant carpet & even picked up a bug that was in the bathroom for us ladies here in the office. Also did work for an employee here in the office at their home. She was very pleased at how quick the quote was provided and also how prompt the work was started and completed (only one day!). Just got new kitchen flooring yesterday. The installers were awesome, the product is just what I wanted and was a great price!
We had the upstairs carpet in our home, on the beach. stretched to look like new. Beachy Beach realty contacted Carpet One and scheduled the appointment on our behalf.
