Poor customer service, sales people don’t know their installation processes
Carpet One in Panama City deserves a 5 star rating or more. I have NEVER been in a business that bent over backwards to not only help me but went above and beyond what was necessary. I had the good fortune to meet Garth upon arrival and told him what I was looking to have done. His suggestion was exactly what I had in mind myself. Extremly pleased with my new carpet! Had been to two other stores by the time I entered Carpet One and from the moment I walked in carpet shopping became a totally different experience. John went above and beyond my expectations. Felt like this was the first place that gave me honest answers. I considered myself a difficult customer as I couldn't quite make up mind mind on what I wanted (trust me) yet John was patient and never pressured me. Absoulty love my new carpet and feel John and Carpet One did an amazing job.

We recently used Carpet One in Panama City to install carpet in our rental condo. Crystal was great! She helped us make the best choice for our install and was able to accommodate us on our time restraints. I highly recommend Carpet One. Be sure and ask for Crystal, you will not be disappointed!
Entered my condo clean, left it dirty with bed linens thrown on top of the beds. Looks like they vacuumed the new carpet but the hardwood floor were left dirty. Would have been nice to know that was going to be the condition before my guest arrived and I had to pay my cleaners to do an emergency cleaning.
