I’m sad to be leaving this review. But I feel I have no other choice. We hired carpet one to do a small project for us. Kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms installed with vinyl flooring. Here’s the series of issues we had with the company. 1. Day of install. Only one person was sent to do the flooring, we asked multiple times if the job would get done in one day, and we were assured that it would be. Install was not complete within one day. We just had the first floor of our home re-carpeted with Carpet One. Travis was excellent! He came out and measured in our new home in crazy heat! Calm, patient, did not try to push me into signing a contract before I was ready, like another co did. I also bugged him more than a few times with questions. Travis was always polite and kind. Our budget was a pain to work with but in the end he got us exactly what we wanted for the right price! We love our carpet and Carpet One!
We had our entire house re-carpeted by Carpet One and they did a fantastic job. Our salesperson, Dee was a pleasure to work with and found us just the right product for our needs. The installation crew headed by Isais installed all the carpet perfectly in one day. We highly recommend Carpet One for all your flooring needs.
